At the moment, it seems as though the world around us is in chaos and we can’t seem to see any end to it, but have no fear. Everything that’s happening is happening for a reason so read on.
Friday June 5th , we kick off an exciting eclipse season with the first eclipse of three in a row, the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Sagittarius at 15 degrees 34 minutes or the 16th degree of Sagittarius. All Full Moons are a time of evaluating our progress from the New Moon and deciding what is not working for our highest good that we need to let go and to balance two polarities, and an eclipse means this is even more important! This Full Moon Lunar Eclipse is asking us what limiting or outdated beliefs are holding us back and keeping us from making real, meaningful progress? With Venus retrograde in Gemini with the Sun, the way we communicate with each other, our thoughts and ideas about each other, are up for reexamination and repair. It’s time to take inventory, every one of us, to reevaluate whether our actions are in alignment with our values, and take this opportunity to heal those areas that are not aligned. Does your speech reflect your true values? AND are your values in alignment with the Divine? As the North Node makes a challenging aspect to Pluto, ask yourself where you have given away your power, and where can you now take it back and speak up for yourself and others?
Mercury entered his shadow when he hit 6 degrees of Cancer on Tuesday and so be aware of whatever comes up for you between June 2nd and June 18th when he turns retrograde. These will be the areas that you may have to revisit, reevaluate, redo, etc. from June 18th to July 12th. With Mercury in Cancer, your needs and security will be on your mind. Issues around family and nurturing, mothers and how well we care for ourselves can be on the forefront of our minds. Passive aggressive communication is never constructive and just leads to more damage. Seek out healthy ways to deal with and move forward from past hurts rather than needlessly ruminating or dwelling on them.
Stay tuned as we have two more eclipses coming right up!
