This has been a very busy and emotional week. On the same day I launched my business, my father went into the hospital for the second time in the span of a week, now with congestive heart failure. So I'm torn between being so excited to launch my business and help people and bring light to the world, and being really concerned for my father. While trying to get my mind off my worries, I turned to the Tarot to ask about my business launch. I chose four cards: the first to represent what I had done well, the second to represent what I could improve, the third to represent the outcome, and the fourth card from the bottom of the deck is the Shadow card. Firstly, I notice that we have all 4 suits represented so that is a good balance and three 9's! Nines in numerology are about independence, attainment, achievement, and change for the better etc.
The Six of Fire is the first card and tells me my business launch was a success! I purposely waited until after Mercury turned direct again after its several week retrograde trip since my launch was basically online, and Mercury Retrograde can really wreak havoc on communication and electronics among other things. So that was a relief!
The Nine of Water came up as the second card to tell me that what I could do better is to enjoy it more!! With all that is going on with my Dad, I'm having a hard time allowing myself to feel that joy. Spot on, Tarot, spot ON!
The third card, Nine of Earth, represents the outcome and is excellent for a budding new business venture! Good fortune, gain, and success are all messages this card brings. This really does excite me because my goal with this business is to help people, empower people, to bring light to their lives and show them that by shining their own light - that Soul Spark! - they have the power to create the life they want. If I can do that, I will consider this venture enormously successful. Bring it on, Universe! I am ready to give and receive!
And there it is, the Nine of Air as the Shadow card. The Shadow card can represent your fears or underlying feelings regarding the situation about which you have asked. Hurt, worry, and anxiety are all part of the Nine of Air. Once again, bang on, Tarot. I will try to ground myself as my brother Owl has done in the card, concentrate on all the success, joy, and good fortune the rest of the reading has been focused around and keep my worries to a minimum because worry does not solve anything. All I can do is be ever so grateful for all that I have been blessed with, including a little more time with my Dad.
